Test it by :
A ,change the Wi-Fi connection to the mobile wi-fi hotspots connection, you need one more phone.
B,change a time that the Internet is not so busy to connect again.
C, Restart the router and re install
7.The doorbell would make sounds and send notification in the app, but the bell sound not large enough inside the house. And if you want to get ring sound inside, please buy an extra chime to set up in you home.
